11th March 2013 additional Drilling classes commenced.  We’ve added two new classes to the schedule, Monday evening 7pm – 8pm Gi Drilling Class and Wednesday evening 7pm – 8pm No Gi Drilling Class.  Drilling involves repetition of techniques to improve timing, positioning and movement.  These classes are suitable for all levels.
