Beginners Program:This runs on a 12 week cycle teaching the building blocks for your Jiu-Jitsu training. This program focuses on introducing new students to the Basic movements and Essential Techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Fundamentals Program:

Focuses on the Core Techniques of Self-Defense and Sports aspects of Jiu-Jitsu that every BJJ Practitioner should know.  The goal of this program is to prepare white belts to achieve their blue belts. Class consists of warm-up, demonstration of 1-2 techniques, drilling with progressive resistance and some specific positional training.

Advanced 1 Program:

After building a strong foundation, this sparring (Rolling) based class is perfect for students who would like to take their Jiu-Jitsu to the next level.  While attending this class, students will receive constant feedback to help them as they explore Jiu-Jitsu in depth and develop his or her personal Jiu-Jitsu style.

Advanced 2 Program:

This class focuses on Jiu Jitsu as a sport and is geared toward getting our competitors ready for tournaments. This class will also feature hard drilling, competitive sparring, and conditioning.  Although the class is designed for competitors it is not exclusive.  It is also open to all who have completed the Beginners Program and are interested in high intensity training.

Open Mat:

This class is for our students to ask questions about particular problems they may be having, drilling positions and submissions that they have been learning in class and for additional Rolling or specific training.  It is more informal than the other classes and it’s purpose is for students to problem solve, work on their weaknesses or tighten their attacks.
